Privacy and initial enquiries

This page explains the initial contact options in the English section and how to ask about privacy. Detailed clinical confidentiality and record-handling arrangements are discussed before therapy begins.

Information you choose to share

The English pages direct you to email, telephone or WhatsApp rather than an on-site clinical intake form. If you use one of those options, you choose what information to provide, such as your name, contact details, country, time zone and a brief description of your enquiry.

Keep initial messages brief

Please do not send a detailed clinical history or highly sensitive material in your first message. Initial contact is intended to discuss availability, suitability and appointment arrangements. More detailed information can be discussed within an appropriate clinical setting.

Third-party communication and links

Email providers, WhatsApp and telephone services process communications under their own terms and privacy policies. External links, including research sources and professional websites, take you to services with their own practices. These pages do not promise that ordinary messages are equivalent to a clinical records system.

Technical website information

Website hosting and technical services may process information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as connection information and essential cookies. For questions about the site’s current technical data handling, please contact Hattem Asadi before sharing sensitive information.

Clinical confidentiality

Confidentiality and its limits, including relevant safety and legal obligations, are explained before therapy. If you need clarification, ask before sharing detailed clinical material. Read how therapy begins for the initial appointment process.
