My approach to OCD therapy
I begin by understanding the pattern in your own life: intrusive thoughts, visible and mental rituals, avoidance and reassurance. In OCD work, I draw on cognitive behavioural therapy and exposure and response prevention when appropriate. I also have experience with psychodynamic approaches, which inform my broader understanding of people and relationships.
The plan is collaborative. We discuss what matters to you, identify realistic goals and review how the work is going. An OCD theme is a starting point for understanding, not a substitute for an individual assessment.
Experience and professional interests
My background includes clinical work with adults and adolescents in mental health settings, alongside private psychological practice. I am a graduate of the Hebrew University and Hadassah Ein Kerem. My research interests include attachment, emotional regulation, ADHD and risk-taking behaviour.
You can find more about my broader therapy practice on my professional website.
